Payments for reservations made through our website must be completed within 24 hours of booking. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers. Please ensure that your payment is made promptly to secure your reservation.
Upon verification of your payment, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access our property. This will include an access code and any additional information you may need for a seamless check-in process.
We kindly request all guests to adhere to our house rules. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. Violation of these rules may result in eviction from the premises.

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
If you cancel your reservation at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled check-in date, we will refund the total reservation amount minus a 5% transaction fee. The fee covers the non-refundable charges that our payment provider deducts from each transaction.
No refund will be issued in any of the following cases:
To cancel a reservation, please use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly at the email address shown there. Cancellations are effective when we receive your written request.
Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your stay is prevented by exceptional circumstances beyond your or our control — such as government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters, or property damage that renders the apartment unusable — we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund your booking. Such cases are reviewed individually.
